wow.. I love all the instrumental choices here. Played beautifully and really creates quite an atmosphere.
The vocals complement that mood perfectly - especially the whimsical whispers behind the main vocal line This definitely works really well.
Great stuff!! If you do expand on it, I can't wait to hear it

What a haunting song! It really is quite dream-like and the music and the vocals are outstanding! I wish it were longer, too... it's like eating a potato chip. You can't eat just one. In this case, you give us a taste of something spectacular... and now we want more!

I didn't think there could ever be a piece of music to come close to the emotional feeling that Fiona's vocals give me and here it is. INoxx!!! This is just beautiful playing. Fiona this song is very sad and like Sham said Goosebumps are here and I've been listening to this over the last few days and still...the bumps!!!
Excellent songwriting that just really is carried by an amazing singer songwriter. Oh the talent.

just beautiful all around.. Inoxx's music is really breathtaking and deep, and your vocals just add so much to the depth and mystery of the track.. I especially like how you've used stereo panning for effect in parts.. and the layering and harmonies.. just bits of each.. a perfect example of less being more.. great job on the mix, and beuatiful, beautiful singing... as always.

Holy crapdangle! First of all the piano is intensely beautiful. I can only dream of wanting to play and write like this one day. So I can understand totally why you chose to work on this. I really love the writing on the last verse. One particular line stuns me, over and over I find that some simple combinations of words can make such beautiful things, and I love the line "Where the trees weep." First of all its like why is this vital information, and holy crap it just gives a vivid image to complete this feeling. I think the echoes and the panning vocals are bang on for whats going on. However the main vocals I would have added perhaps more echo too because its a dream? Who knows perhaps that was tried. I think the harmony on "where the trees weep" too sounds farken wicked. GOOD STUFF! LOVE PIANO and I Love this! Great Job you two!

this is pretty awesome, great music composition. Your voice adds a world of realism to it. It would sound even better if your voice would have a tad of an reverb or delay fx on it since the music sounds like it is played in a hall. Great idea and you guys rock!!!

Interesting trip. I feel your sweet vocals belong to a much simpler accompaniment style (ie the usual Dirty Hearts town band sound) rather than the epic orchestral sound Inoxx pumped into this one. It feels like an intimate piece of poetry read to me by somebody I've known since I was running around in shortpants, delivered over the soundtrack for some blockbuster I've never seen...unnatural combination aside, it was a pleasure to listen to. Absolutely beautiful piece of instrumental music with some lovely vocals piled on top

This is absolutely staggering The instrumentation is divine. Inoxx piano is beautiful and the way it's complimented by the strings just takes the whole thing into the stratosphere. Wonderfully sung, too, Fiona, I love how your two vocal tracks weave in and out of each other. This really is brilliant

what dark imagery you create, fionna, with this 'sad song', your layered vox couldn't be anymore beautiful- as are the piano and did i hear a clarinet or other brass in there (or synth)?
i can't tell you what an ungrateful son of a pup i am that i just want more of this song. great collaboration!
